You have to know the market well and have the capital to bid your highest and best while still prioritizing repair costs and the value of the investment. If you are interested in purchasing a fixer-upper at auction, tell us, and we can help you through the process. We are marketing for them

We spend hundreds of dollars per month marketing to sellers to purchase their house. Whether it is saving people’s credit by helping them avoid foreclosure – or – just taking the huge burden off their shoulders to care for, maintain, and fix a house they inherited – or – helping someone who needs to liquidate their assets.

We get leads from people like you!

You know that house that’s in bad shape down the road with the grass that’s almost knee-high? or the guy up the street that moved out 4 months ago and hasn’t been back since? We want to know about it! Tell us the address. Do you personally know someone who is about to lose their house due to foreclosure? … Or maybe someone who is going through a divorce or another sensitive family situation where a house is involved? We can help them. Please tell them about us, send us their contact information, and the address of the property. If we end up buying a house from a lead you bring us, I will make sure to give you a finder’s fee! $$
